Straight talk, worth it or not?
The breakfast was very nice, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The staff were helpful, providing great recommendations.
Getting to the hotel involved navigating uphill paths, which could be challenging, especially with heavy luggage. I encountered some inconsistency in the customer service received during check-in.

Hotel has no restaurant but you can find a lot of them in the surrounding.

We had a lovely time as a family with our Matterhorn view room, spacious and had a nice patio. The breakfast was a standout, and there was also a great leisure area for unwinding after our daily adventures. Just a heads up, the hill getting up to the hotel might be tricky for some, but it's totally worth it 😊

Staff extremely helpful, went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Rooms were modern, very clean and comfortable beds and linens. Balcony with nice view. Great breakfast with fresh and well assorted. 10 min walk from the train station.
It would be great to have wireless also in the rooms and pick-up from the train station.

Good hotel with modern facilities. A bit of an uphill walk if one is walking from Zermatt train station. A taxi cost about chf 17 otherwise. If you don't have heavy luggage then it is okay to walk. Quite away from the main street noise, so it offers quietness.

I had a great experience during my family stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the cheese selection which we thoroughly enjoyed. We appreciated the quick assistance with ordering a taxi to catch our train, which added a nice touch to our trip. I found the bathroom layout a bit cramped and could have used more space while showering.
